The Group Company’s project development centre is the
key project development centre in Guangzhou City, and

Hi-Scan Project Research and Development Centre, one
of the skey project research centers of Guangdong Province,
was planned by the Bureau of Science & Technology
of Guangzhou City, and was formally established and
inaugurated in October 2002.
The main technical force in the project centre consists
of the personnel of scientific and technical of the
project, they are engaged in the work of electronic
technology or computer application or research of mechanical
process technology project. What’s more, we engage the
job-waiting expert of Guangzhou-based universities correlated
with research institutes as full- time or part-time
workers regularly. And we set up Committee of Experts
and regard it as the intelligence tank of the centre.
The committee plays a decisive role in setting up the
achievement and assessment. The strength of our company’s
researches and develops technological innovation begins
to take shape. There are more than 50 professional scientific
and technological researchers of machinery and electronics,
among them there are 12 senior engineers, 25 engineers,
and 13 assistant engineers and technicians. The environment
of centre is graceful and the scientific research office
building is more than 400 square meters. The building
was collocated with a number of advanced modern equipment
used for working and research. We set up the scientific
research platform with Fudan University, and set up
the united laboratory with the electromechanical research
institute of South China University of Technology. In
addition, we have our enterprise's own scientific research
and training base, etc. All of the above measures lay
a good foundation for technology and talent. According
to the long-term development plan of the centre, we
carry on exchanges and cooperation with the domestic,
foreign research institutions in a more cost-effective
manner, and introduce the new technology, new craft
application. We will cultivate an independent and outstanding
